Oh- and the existing female in our house - Ms. Sally - is less than thrilled at this turn of events, or to be more specific, she cranky because we won't let her eat one.
*I am supposed to put up the next prize pack today - a baby themed one - but I have to concede defeat to three nights in a row of waitressing until past midnight AND carrying trays up and down the stairs to the upperlevel seating. Put a fork in me ...I'm done.

Congrats on the cute little chicks and the in-house winner!
Congratulations on the little chicks. I hope they all become healthy.
And Congratulations to Martha Feel better soon.
LOL, congrats on the chickies! I used to live on a farm, I miss having chickens running around all over the place.
Here a chick, there a chick, everywhere a chick chick:)
Congrats!
My sis syringe feeds her sick baby chicks and also keeps them on her body to help stay warm. You should call your local vet for advice on how to help the ickle one. Fingers crossed.
xxoo
Aww they are so cute. Congrats on being a chicky mommy!
OMG. I can't believe you have chickens! Congrats on your new, not-so-little brood. Hoping the weakest one pulls through.
Oh and please tell me these chicks are for laying eggs only?
Ladies - please do not worry. These chickens are egg-producers until they die of old age, or kill each other first. (they do you know when they get old and cranky...)
And, that little guy is hanging tough. I love the idea of syringe feeding and body warmth.
great chick pics. they're fluffier than i imagined.
congrats on your new baby chicks!
so cute!
Those chickies are so cute and fluffy!
Martha won? What a surprise ;).
Wow, I won, gee, I think you hit the nail on the head when you said you didn't promote this enough.
Hmm, of course I am gifting this to a new bride. This is very kind and generous of you and I feel a little guilt that I was the only participant. Well, except I am giving it away too, so maybe not so guilty! Hey, Mrs.Spock, you could have entered!!
