So I sit - and I breath - and the sensation takes me over, opens me up.
Eyes closed - heart open, anything is possible - everything is doable
Images begin to form inside closed lids...
imagination, inspiration, achievement, a sense of total calm......
Eyes open, breath catches - she looks down upon me
